We're Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi Bar, and we're a premier ramen and sushi restaurant here in Evanston, IL. Our menu features authentic ramen and sushi. In addition, you can enjoy our incredible Spicy Ramen, where you can choose from 3 levels of spicy or our famous Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. I had a few surprises walking into this establishment. The prices are fantastic, they have all you can eat ramen and sushi. The fish is so fresh, and especially tasty is the bluefin-tuna. The wines are priced better than local retail and the service here feels like fine dining for a casual establishment. Absolutely, I will be dining here as often as I can.
