We're Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi Bar, and we're a premier ramen and sushi restaurant here in Evanston, IL. Our menu features authentic ramen and sushi. In addition, you can enjoy our incredible Spicy Ramen, where you can choose from 3 levels of spicy or our famous Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. The best thing about their all you can eat deal is that you could have anything you want off the menu, with a few exceptions, as long as you eat what you order.
