We're Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi Bar, and we're a premier ramen and sushi restaurant here in Evanston, IL. Our menu features authentic ramen and sushi. We proudly serve the best all you can eat sushi in the Evanston and Chicago area! In addition, you can enjoy our incredible Spicy Ramen, where you can choose from 3 levels of spicy or our famous Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen.
