We're Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi Bar, and we're a premier ramen and sushi restaurant here in Evanston, IL. Our menu features authentic ramen and sushi. In addition, you can enjoy our incredible Spicy Ramen, where you can choose from 3 levels of spicy or our famous Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen.
