We're Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi Bar, and we're a premier ramen and sushi restaurant here in Evanston, IL. Our menu features authentic ramen and sushi. We proudly serve the best all you can eat sushi in the Evanston and Chicago area! In addition, you can enjoy our incredible Spicy Ramen, where you can choose from 3 levels of spicy or our famous Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. We also have a nice selection of cocktails, beers, and soft drinks to complement your meal. Our menu includes a wide variety of dishes that are sure to tickle your palette, whether you are looking for an authentic Japanese meal or seeking comfort food with a modern twist. All of you craving delicious Japanese food, this restaurant will not disappoint. The food was phenomenal and so wholesome. The prices were great and we also enjoyed being served by Sabrina. She was an amazing, compassionate and understanding of my wife’s gluten sensitivity. She helped us navigate the menu and even brought gluten free soy sauce. First time having gluten free ramen as an option!

I have been trying different sushi spots throughout Chicago by myself and I decided to stop by Evanston to try Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi Bar and it definitely did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations! And I went in with high expectations from all the good reviews! The gyoza were amazing, the crab rangoon was flavorful and the sauce was perfect, and the rolls I got were spectacular. Usually at sushi spots I like to dip rolls into soy sauce because it doesn’t feel “complete” without it, but here I didn’t have to do that at all. The fish tasted very fresh and flavorful. I finished off with miso soup and felt very satisfied. I came during the lunch special and for the price this is extremely worth it. The waiters were very attentive and kind as well. I came here alone as I mentioned and others were here dining alone as well and usually solo diners can feel a bit ignored but it was not like that here. There were big groups here as well so parties of 1 or 6 can have a great time. I am very glad I came here and I have recommended it to others. I plan to come back and try more of the menu and drinks.
